Kimbia Sciences is a life-sciences company based in Mbarara, Uganda, producing DRIPRA Electrolyte Solution. We are the data controller for the information described here.

Questions about this policy, or about information we hold on you, go to infor@kimbiasciences.com.

Information you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, the enquiry type you select and whatever you write in the message. Nothing on the form is required beyond what is needed to reply.

Basic technical information. Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider that records standard request data: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not track you across other websites.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not send marketing email to people who have only made an enquiry.

Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form relay. Your message passes through their systems in order to reach us, and their own privacy terms apply to that step.

If you would rather not use the form, email us directly instead. The address is in the footer of every page.

We use what you send us to answer your enquiry, to quote for or supply product, and to keep a record of the conversation.

Enquiries are kept for as long as the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Only the people at Kimbia Sciences who need to act on your enquiry, plus the service providers that make the site and our email work: our hosting provider, the form relay named above, and our email provider.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Under Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it.

Write to infor@kimbiasciences.com and we will respond. If you believe we have handled your information badly, you may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Office.

This site is aimed at adults: distributors, clubs, workplaces and individual customers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
